History

Feliubadaló, present at Barcelona’s emblematic Boqueria Market since the start of the 20th century, was commercially established in 1942. “Salsa Romesco Feliubadaló” sauce, one of the company’s landmark products, was a liquid condiment which quickly gained a large and loyal following. Its secret formula remains unaltered today and it has become a classic addition to any good aperitif.

A new sauce was created in early 2013, more in line with current trends and new consumer preferences. A fresher, brighter, more Mediterranean sauce we called “Salsa de Barcelona” in homage to the city and the market that inspired its origins.
